Fic Talk was a message board with a focus of discussion about X-Files fanfiction.
"Some fanfic is good, some is bad, and some is mediocre. Opinions will vary about which is which. This is a forum for people to discuss what they didn't like as well as what they liked. It's my hope that posters will be able to do this with civility. Those who believe you should keep quiet unless you have something nice to say should probably stay away."
