Faulty Connection is a 96-page slash AU novel by Kata Avalon.

From the distributor: "Summary: A version of this story was posted as "the snippet series," but has been reworked, with new scenes and a subplot revision. What if the guide’s tribe is not the sentinel’s, and the guide is the one to choose? Partner rape with a hopeful resolution."

Reactions and Reviews

I'm not quite sure how to do this. This isn't a bad zine, just one I couldn't believe. No, one I didn't want to believe. I can't see Jim being that submissive to a very cruel Blair. And I can't picture the cruel Blair either. It was written well, but couldn't keep me interested because I'm a stickler for Jim and Blair being halfway good to each other. AU.

Why you shouldn't buy this 'zine: Too full of squicks for me. If you like cruel Blair and submissive Jim, then you'll like it.

It's a nice little digest size for anyone who does like this type of story. Like I said before; she wrote it very well. [1]
