Fathoms Deep is a Black Sails podcast hosted by fans Elizabeth and Daphne. It is part of the Common Room Radio fannish podcast network and focuses on narrative and character analysis.[1]

History

The podcast began in late May 2016 with an episode-by-episode discussion.[2] Starting with episode 24, in which director Lukas Ettlin appeared as a guest, the format began to include interviews with the cast and creators of Black Sails in addition to episode discussions.[3]

Fathoms Deep may now be concluded or defunct, as the most recent episode aired in May 2021.[4]
