About

Nobody was going to make an anime DILF zine in 2021 so my friends enabled me into stepping up. Whether you’re on a nostalgia kick reminiscing about your childhood faves or looking for some well-endowed beef, we hope you’ll indulge in the otou-sans with us!

The zine consisted of 18 artists invited by the moderators themselves to participate. Preorders for a physical edition opened on October 6 to October 27, 2021. These preorders included a pack of 9 stickers containing dad jokes designed by contributors. Digital copies continued to be sold at limited quantities afterwards.

On October 28, 2021, andythelemon posted on Twitter that from the project's proceeds, £1150 + £287.50 Gift Aid (approximately $2000 USD) was donated to Safe Ground and Storybook Dads, both of which are creative initiatives for dads in prison to help improve their relationships with their children.

A sequel to this zine, Mother Dearest, was made in 2022.
