Star Trek: Tik Tok is a Star Trek: The Original Series vid by MissSheenie that sets footage from TOS to the 2009 hit Tik Tok by Kesha. It is a humorous vid posted to YouTube on April 17, 2010.

The vid went viral in the following months, and was not only shared by fans and various media outlets, but also referenced by Kesha herself in a tweet in June 2010. As of 2021, it has more than 3 million views. Some fans have credited the vid for prompting them to watch The Original Series, while others have credited it for making them like the song.
