Fall of Equestria was a My Little Pony alternate universe and subfandom created by non_creepy_nickname.

The premise of Fall of Equestria was that a nation of misogynistic caribou from the north had overrun and conquered Equestria. Using a corrupted version of the Crystal Heart, they brainwashed most of the population so that most stallions became misogynistic just like them, and most mares accepted their new place as sex slaves. The mares wore collars that were divided into four colors: red for the willing, black for the unwilling, purple for the "mentally broken" and silver for those not yet classified. Unicorn mares had their horns cut off, and pegasus mares had their wing feathers plucked and the wings put into sleeves that prevented them from flying.
History
Fall of Equestria began as a blog on Tumblr that mostly posted explicit artwork that was commissioned by non_creepy_nickname, with some askblog elements included. The blog was purged several times in 2014, before non_creepy_nickname and others within the inner circle that regulated Fall of Equestria gave up and relegated the images to Derpibooru and stories to Fimfiction.
The inner circle was a group of people consisting of non_creepy_nickname and several people who maintained how Fall of Equestria was run. There were specific rules on how fanfiction and fanart had to be in order for it to be canon-compliant. If any of these rules were broken, it was considered non-canon.
In 2018, a reboot story of Fall of Equestria was posted on Fimfiction. The story was titled Fall of Equestria and was supposed to plot-driven and serious. Only one chapter was published and the story was eventually deleted by the author.
Reception
From the moment of its inception, Fall of Equestria was heavily criticized by the greater My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic fandom. While pornographic content was widespread in the fandom and generally tolerated, many saw this setting as ridiculous and contrived.
