Exchange no Jutsu was a Naruto fanfiction and fan art exchange which ran in 2020 and 2021. In its first year it had 50 works submitted and in its second year it had 24 works submitted. After 2021, some of the organisers ran a successor event which was organised as a fest or prompt meme rather than a gift exchange. The new event is called Fest no Jutsu and ran in 2022 and 2023, with plans to return in 2024.
In its first year, Exchange no Jutsu was organised and hosted on tumblr, dreamwidth and archiveofourown by Wafflelate and Heartbeatstumbles. In its second year it was mostly organised via discord and hosted on archiveofourown, as a joint project between Wafflelate and the r/NarutoFanfiction moderation team, who'd hosted their own Naruto fanfiction and fanart exchange the year prior, which Wafflelate had also helped on.
