Earper is a term to describe a fan of the TV series Wynonna Earp. It's used fairly broadly to refer to the fandom as a whole, and not only encompasses typical fans, but also the cast (Melanie Scrofano, Kat Barrell etc), and crew (writer Emily Andras for instance). The fandom is often described as a community or family.
Earpers will often organise fundraisers, and community events such as litter-picking around con areas.
