Dumbass Lawyers 2 is a charity zine for the Ace Attorney games and is a sequel to the Dumbass Lawyers zine.
About
On September 16, 2016, Twitter user rollround posted an interest form for an Ace Attorney zine for potential artists to apply and participate in[1]. Results were sent on September 26[2].
Preorders for the zine opened on November 12, 2016, on rollround's tictail[3]. On November 16, 2016, in light of the United States election results, rollround then announced that the proceeds of the zine would be donated to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)[4]. Along with other zine projects rollround was hosting, Dumbass Lawyers 2 closed preorders on December 9, 2016[5].
An update on the project was sent out on November 20, 2016, where rollround showed the proof of the zine and some of the featured illustrations[6]. By approximately December 5, 2016, the preorderd zines were shipped out[7].
