This zine ran from late 1987 through 1991, and began again in 1997.
From The Outlaw Trail #16: "Due to popular demand, in 1997 Jody and I will be re-activating the Pete Duel Commemorative Fan Club. We plan to publish 4 issues of "Duel Memories," a news/letterzine, in 1997 -- March, June, September, and December. A short introductory issue will be out in December '96. If you're interested in receiving the December 1996 Special Issue, please let us know as soon as possible."

The editor mentions she has plans for a Pete Duel Annual for December 1992.
The editor wrote:
Here we are at the end of another year, and I'm afraid this is going to be the last year for Duel Memories... First, there seems to have been a sag in interest. Not unusual, but I need participant support in order to fill up these pages. I wish I had time to do this alone, but I don't. Not to mention that I'm running out of material to pass along.[...]
Secondly, other fandoms have moved into the spotlight for me, as well. That does NOT mean that I'm leaving Alias Smith and Jones fandom. And Pete is still my first interest. But, I've discovered two new shows that are taking up a lot of my time these days, (Counterstrike and War of the Worlds), I and I'm trying to get an official fan club off the ground for a young actor I really admire.
Lastly, [info about her academic plans].
