DoujinPress is a company that offered printing services for zines and doujinshi. Previously they also sold doujinshi (both Japanese and English) and original comics, as well as some art supplies and buttons.

History

In summer 2010, DoujinPress' future owner, Kira, got involved in the yuri scanlation community. Kira later started DoujinPress due to "the difficulties English consumers faced when it came to actually obtaining doujinshi."[2]

In August 2014, Kira announced DoujinPop, a "doujinshi and art discovery community", however this project never got past the development phase.

In September 2018 DoujinPress announced an indefinite hiatus due to a problem in their production line.
