[1]Disciples of Divia: The Kathryn Long Appreciation Society was the website for the Disciples of Divia. As such, it was simultaneously a fan club site for Kathryn Long, the young actress who played the role of Divia in two episodes of Forever Knight, and also a faction site devoted to Divia herself. The site appears to have been run by Carl Nicastro, the fan club president.

Contents

From links on the main page of the site, it is clear that it once contained the following:

  • FAQ about the DoD (Disciples of Divia)
  • letters between Nicastro and the actress.
  • fan fiction
  • a humour page
  • a small screen capture collection, mostly of Kathryn Long as Divia, but also in other productions
  • two sound files
  • a video of Kathryn Long in "Goosebumps"
  • fan graphics (specifically 7 wallpaper graphics, resolution 800px by 600px)
  • additional sections that were not archived:
    • Temple business (? a form to join the club?)
    • "New Worlds"
  • links pages for factions and Forever Knight websites and webrings

Fan Fiction

The fan fiction on the site was divided by author. Separate web pages were made to index the stories of the following DoD members: Selinthia Avenchesca, Miranda LaCroix, Devin Mamid, and Carl Nicastro. Another webpage indexed stories that had been written by "guests".

Site History

The site no longer exists. It is known to have been located, at one time or another, at two different urls:

  • http://manifestangel.com/divia/

Of the former, only the front page has been archived. However, the latter (archived here) exists in a sufficient, albeit incomplete, state for it to be possible to work out what it contained. The Wayback Machine has recorded most, though not all, of the webpages. However, graphics are almost entirely missing, and none of the fan fiction has been archived.
