In the sequel Deadpool 2, fan favourite characters Nathan Summers and Domino joined the cast. The second film also featured the first live-action appearance of Shatterstar.

While some fans have begun to ship Deadpool with the MCU's Spider-Man, others dislike that iteration of the pairing.
