David Weber is an American science fiction and fantasy author. He has written several series of novels, the best known of which is the Honor Harrington science-fiction series, the setting of which is referred to by fans as the Honorverse.
Fan Communities
Weber's website includes fan discussion forum boards which have a devoted group of frequent posters.[1] Weber participates with the username "runsforcelery," a reference to treecats, which feature in the Honorverse series and have a predilection for celery.
The "Baen's Bar" fan forums at Baen Books website include Honorverse and BuShips boards devoted to David Weber's works.[2]
The Royal Manticoran Navy is a fan club devoted to the Honorverse series. It has over 5,000 members as of 2019.
