Cullen/Warden is the pairing of Cullen Rutherford and The Warden from Dragon Age: Origins.
Canon
In Dragon Age: Origins, Cullen is shown to nurse a crush on a female mage Warden. The Warden may decide to flirt with him or even proposition him, at which point he gets so flustered he runs away.
The player character meets him again while the Tower of Magi is overrun by Abominations. If the Warden is a female mage, Cullen lets it slip a demon has been tempting and torturing him with images of her. He lashes out at the Warden and even after the Tower has been saved, he is distrustful of any mage, including the Warden.
In Dragon Age: Inquisition, Cullen admits he regrets what he said and wishes the Warden was aware of his change of heart.
Fandom
The pairing typically features a female Amell or, more rarely, a female Surana, as most of the canonical content for the pairing is only available in the mage origin.
While the pairing has always been rare, some people were so into the idea of romancing Cullen that a mini-romance mod, Cullen Romance Option, was created that adds a few extra scenes to the game and lets the Warden kiss him.
