Craig Hamrick was a Dark Shadows fanwriter and webmaster of Dark Shadows Online. He passed away in September 2006, with Joe Salvatore now managing the website.

Hamrick interviewed a number of cast members and helped design some of their official websites. He wrote Louis Edmonds's biography and some of his later books were published officially.
