Coming Out On Top is a comedy/drama visual novel. The player takes the role of Mark Matthews, a 22-year-old college student who is just coming out as gay.
It was originally created as a free game available to download on the Lemma Soft forums in July 2012.[1] An expanded version was funded through Kickstarter beginning in November 2012 and ending January 2013, with 1,831 backers pledging a total of $38,601 USD.[2] The new version of the game included adult scenes and totally redone art, by Doubleleaf.
Plot Summary
Coming Out on Top is a choose-your-own-fate game which places you in the role of college senior, Mark Matthews. You're about to come out of the closet and are ready to make up for lost time. With the help of your loyal roommates, play through six hilarious routes and ten unforgettable dates. 18 hot guys are waiting for you to win them over.[3]
