Colossus Con (also called Colossus Pop Culture Expo & Comic Con or Colossus Pop Expo) was a pop culture convention held in two locations: Pleasanton (San Francisco Bay Area) and Merced (Central Valley).

In 2017, NostalgiaConventions.com filed a legal complaint against Colossus Con due to the name similarity with ColossalCon. NostalgiaConventions.com alleged "trademark infringement, unfair competition, false advertising and other counts".[2] As a result, the Merced event was renamed California Republic Comic Con and the Pleasanton event was renamed Campbell Con.[3]
