Childe & Sire Saga is a Buffy the Vampire Slayer fanfic series by Kallysten, featuring the pairing Buffy/Spike. Summary

Set in Season 6, canon until As You Were. First part in the Childe & Sire Saga. “She understood, from the light in his eyes, that this was it. Her time was up. The Vampire Slayer was about to become a Vampire herself.” Warning: Character death and bloodplay.

Author’s Notes: This is ultimately a B/S story, but be warned that Angel has a (rather large) guest role.

Kallysten's great masterwork. After "As You Were", Buffy falls ill and Spike sires her. This series follows Buffy's first initial anger at being a (souled) vampire, through her conflicted feelings about Angel and Spike, to her finally accepting Spike as a lover...then a sire, then... Well, Kally has a seemingly endless repertoire of emotional and physical battles for our pair to fight, each making them both stronger and bringing them closer together. One of the all-time greats of the Spuffy genre.
