Category talk:Disability
Category
It seems a bit redundant to me to have both this category and Category:Disability Tropes. Most disability-related articles (e.g. Autism and Fandom) seem to be serving double duty, covering both A) a specific segment of the community of disabled fans, and B) depictions of the associated disability in fanworks and canon. So there will always be overlap between the two categories unless an effort is made to split the existing catch-all disability articles into narrower topical articles. I think it might be worth considering deleting "Category:Disability Tropes" and adding this category to Category:Tropes & Genres. "Disability" is broad enough term to encompass both community and tropes/depictions. Thoughts? Night Rain (talk) 02:06, 28 July 2021 (UTC)
