C-pop, also known as 'Cpop', is an abbreviation for 'Chinese popular music'. The industry is currently the 7th largest music market in the world and shows no signs of declining.[citation needed]
There are only a few hundred works specifically tagged C-Pop at AO3, with EXO having substantially more than any other specific band(perhaps because EXO can be considered a Kpop band, as 8/12 --> 8/9 of the members are Korean). However, the cpop hashtag on Twitter is very active, including video clips and fanart - especially with content related to Xiao Zhan, who is a singer as well as one of the actors in The Untamed.
