brodie, also known by LiveJournal handle tinderblast, is a Harry Potter fan.
The name "Tinderblast" is a reference to the model of broomstick mentioned in Quidditch Through the Ages. brodie is not to be confused with the fan Tinderblast (rabican),[2] previously known as Firebolt, who was one of the earliest HP fans.

Yes, I had difficulty in finding a livejournal name and wanted something HP-related, so I used something from QTTA. Unfortunately when I chose this name for my lj I didn’t realise that Rabican went under the handle Tinderblast in the HP community. So, sorry about that, and she can be found at her lj at http://www.livejournal.com/userinfo.bml?user=rabican
