From a Flyer

Ever wonder what sort of presents Michael (February 10th) Keating and (Paul (May 2nd) (Darrow would like for their birthdays? Why not give them something sure to please - a word to the BBC about their show?

We know that like most people, you hate to write letters, especially if the effort seems fruitless in the extreme. Bear with us for a moment and consider the following: Although Blake's 7 has been off the air for SEVEN years, the BBC still has an open file on the series. The only other programs off the air that have an open file at the Beeb are The Forsythe Saga and Poldark. Considering the number of fine series that have been produced by the British (Broadcasting Corporation, it is truly an achievement to be one of the best-remembered programs on television. The management at BBC has to have noticed its popularity, but without stimulous [sic], they will doubtless continue to ignore the money-making potential within their grasp.

We know, we can hear you. 'I'll write my letter later,' you say. PLEASE get an envelope right now and address it to: British Broadcasting Television Corporation, Wood Lane, London, W12 7RJ, ENGLAND, and get that sucker in the mail - preferably with a letter inside of it. Please be polite and remember to specifically ask the BBC to resume production on (Blake's 7. It may be useful to mention that you would be anxious to buy Blake's 7 products if there were any new books, photos, etc.

You don't have to have an 'Air Mail' stamp to mail a letter overseas from the United States, you can use cents worth of ordinary first class stamps and write ’Air Mail' on the envelope.

Just think, if everyone who reads this would sit down and devote a few minutes to the BBB Campaign, we might stand a fighting chance of Thanks to all of you who care enough to make the effort. Spread the word.
