Beyond the Sky - A Xenoblade Travel Zine is a Xenoblade Chronicles zine. It is a mixed media zine containing not only art and writing, but also music, recipes cosplay photos and physical media creations along with merch.
About
Beyond the Sky is "a collaborative fan book celebrating the beautiful worlds of the Xenoblade Chronicles trilogy. The book will feature illustrations, writing, and various media of everyone’s beloved characters exploring the awesome environments of the series, from the vast Bionis and Mechonis in XB1, the cloudy world of Alrest in XB2, and even glimpses of Aionios in XB3. Our vision is to give readers a sense of adventure as they flip through the pages of the book as if they were experiencing the breathtaking games all over again."[1] As it is a charity zine, leftover profits will go to Ocean Conservancy.
Interest checks ran from August 24, 2022 until September 10, 2022. Over 280 people responded to the interest check.[2] Contributor applications started four days later and ran until October 14. A total of 177 people applied.[3]
