Bethan Jones is an independent fan studies scholar who has published papers on fans in several fandoms, including The X Files, Twilight, and The Walking Dead.
She is on the editorial board of Transformative Works and Cultures and the Journal of Fandom Studies and is a founding board member of the Fan Studies Network.
