The Best Enemies Big Bang was a big bang challenge in the Doctor Who fandom focused on the Doctor/Master pairing. Writers had to write a minimum of 20,000 words and artists had to create one piece. It was run a bit differently then other big bangs for the time in that writers could use fics they were already working on and post chapters as they went instead of wait until a reveal date, and artists were assigned a fic. It was hosted on the Best Enemies LiveJournal community, and was run consecutively with an AU challenge where writers would write less then 20,000 words in a shorter period of time.
