Bel-Air is a 2022 television drama that reimagines the beloved 1990s sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air as a darker, grittier story. It premiered on Peacock in the United States on February 13, 2022, with the final episode of Season 1 airing on March 31. A second season has been confirmed with an as-yet unannounced air date.

Notably, Bel-Air originated as a The Fresh Prince fan film of the same name, created by Morgan Cooper and uploaded to YouTube on March 10. The short film, which was imagined as a darker and more realistic take on Fresh Prince, went viral and caught the attention of Will Smith, who praised it. In August 2020, it was announced that Cooper's fan film would be developed into a full TV series, with Cooper as an executive producer alongside Will Smith.

The show's sharp difference in tone from the original show along with its reimagining of the characters received mixed reviews from some fans, but it has garnered strong approval from others and netted a devoted fandom of its own.
