- So, how should you take these comments? What does Barron like in a story? Fair question, so I'll tell ya. I love the interaction between Xena and Gabrielle. Banter, conversation, argument, gotta love em all. I also like stories that have a mix of humor and drama, like the show. I have a sort of warped sense of humor, so read my suggestions with caution. Obviously I like good writing. Finally, I am a terrible romantic, so I love a lot of mushy stuff between our heroines.[1]
