Yang/Neo, also known as Baked Alaska, is a RWBY femslash pairing involving Yang Xiao Long and Neopolitan.
Canon
Yang and Neo fought in Volume 2, where Neo seemingly toyed with Yang throughout the fight until finally beating her. Before Neo could kill Yang, she was interrupted by the arrival of Raven, and quickly fled.
Fandom
While Yang and Neo have only had one scene together, which was a fight, they still quickly became a popular ship within the fandom around Volume 2. This may have been in part due to how popular Neo was after her introduction that volume and how well received the fight choreography was between her and Yang. Fans have been eager to see a rematch between and remain hopeful since Neo's return to in Volume 6.
