Bagelpocalypse was a short meme event in the Supernatural fandom during a series hiatus. It may have been started by Tumblr user supernaturalapocalypse.[1] It was mostly characterized by edited GIFs and screenshots.[2] The event was repeated in 2015.[3]
The event may have popularized the use of "rebagel" as an alternative to reblog.[2]
Destibagel
Destibagel is a Destiel crack smut inspired by the Bagelpocalypse and posted near its height. As of March 2023, it has received over 900 kudos and near 20,000 hits.[4]
