Barbara/Dinah is a pairing of Barbara Gordon (Batgirl/Oracle) and Dinah Lance (Black Canary) in the DCU.
Canon
Oracle summoned Black Canary to work as an agent for her, after a mission with her first agent, Power Girl, went awry. The duo formed the Birds of Prey. At first Dinah did not get along with Oracle, but eventually the two put their disagreements aside and became best friends.[1]
Fandom
While a rare pair overall in the DC Comics fandom, Barbara/Dinah is common within comic femslash communities. It gained most of its following in the early 2000s when Barbara was working as Oracle and teamed up with Dinah frequently in Birds of Prey.
