Astra In-Ze is a Supergirl (TV series) character.
Canon
While Astra In-Ze is the twin sister of Alura Zor-El and thus the aunt of Kara Zor-El/Kara Danvers, she was the main antagonist of Supergirl in season 1. As a Kryptonian on Earth she had similar powers and weaknesses as Supergirl.
She was killed by Alex Danvers in a fight in late season 1. Astra was an original character created for the show, who did not appear in DC comics before.
