Boy, put a word like “asshole” in the title, and the readers eagerly come running. I guess this little story hit a sore spot – in a good way. It did for me, too. :-) Not just in the complaints Blair expresses, but Jim’s calm rationalization in trying to counter them. (Don’t you just hate it when you’re pissed off about something, and the other person is trying to be reasonable?) [1]
