Some Excerpts

I’m a bit of a mixed bag of a fandomer actually, I draw and I write in almost equal amounts, so feel free to ask me about both. I would still generally class myself as an artist because that is what I started out doing in Supernatural fandom (I can’t help it if the boys are fun to write too :x!).

I’ve been in a whole bunch of other fandoms before SPN- starting out in Gundam Wing, and then Harry Potter, Naruto, DCU. I first watched season one just after Shadow aired, and dabbled in the fandom a little then, but I didn’t fall for it hardcore until after Hunted. I marathoned the episodes then with my friends and haven’t looked back since!

As for my art, I work almost exclusively in traditional media for Supernatural fanart, usually just boring old pencil on cartridge paper. I have used digital media though, mostly Painter and my tablet, for a few Supernatural pics.

I like ideas that are very visual, even if they are things that are quite implausible, like cross-dressing, or wacky AUs. I would love to be able to draw a scene where I could recreate the real tension that is between them, some way of capturing the way they look at each other and move around each other *_*. I do tend to draw things with a story behind them, which is why I like to illustrate fics, or quote the stupid IM stories behind all my pictures :). A lot of the time I get aborted fic ideas which just become one scene, one picture :>. And sometimes an unsuccessful picture becomes a fic!
