This is a hilarious and delectable treat From the opening line, "Jim. What, precisely, is a...blow job?" to the final "Let's go mind the store," the entire story is full of echoes and wordplay and reminiscences of aired-trek—yet it is definitely an original!!The boys are on shore leave. Spock is using the restroom when he is asked, by a rather disreputable individual, whether he would like to purchase one of the above-named item. He demurs, having no idea what it is, and then consults Jim since Jim is always willing and able to explain obscure Terran idioms.
Poor Jim is understandably rather flustered, and that's where the fun really begins. I'll not go into detail as the word plays are too delightful for me to want to spoil them for you. But this is a great read if you are in the mood for some fun and some hot stuff. [1]
