Arin and Sora are the two main characters of Ninjago: Dragons Rising. In their first scene together, Sora describes Arin as her best friend, and there is never any doubt that her statement is true. Their dynamic is very close and supportive; they often share physical affection, and say "I love you" on multiple occasions. It is exceedingly clear that their canon relationship is purely platonic, as they consider each other family.
