History
Robert Stark was first introduced as the new head of the Pedriatric ward after Arizona Robbins left Seattle Grace. He started to get closer to April Kepner after they worked on the case of a 10 year old boy who had a cystic hygroma.
Stark invited Kepner to dinner which she accepted and the two grew closer, socialising outside of work. He then invited her to watch a movie at his house to which the other residents convicned her that he was expecting sex. She panicked, cancelling the date. Stark ended things because Kepner thought of him as a friend and he didn't want just that.
After that he started to ignore her, insisting that she call him Dr. Stark rather than Robert. When the African children started arriving in Seattle Grace for their surgeries, Stark found Kepner making porridge for one of the children (Asha) so that she would be able to eat something. He scolded her but privately endorsed her as a potential for the Chief Resident role to Owen Hunt
