Amy/Victoria is the femslash ship of Amy Dallon and Victoria Dallon in the Parahumans fandom.
Canon
Adopted sisters; Amy repressed an unrequited crush on Victoria for much of their teens. During the Slaughthouse Nine attack on Brockton Bay, Amy used her power on Victoria to save her life, but also deformed her body, mind controlled her, and raped her.[Note 1]
The sequel serial Ward (webserial) (in which Victoria is the main protagonist) largely deals with the fallout of this.
Fandom
The ship is moderately popular within the fandom.[1]
Unclear if it declined in popularity after Ward (due to people not liking the development of both or either characters in the sequel) or increased in popularity (due to more canon fodder for darkfic).

- ^ The way it was written in Worm (and Wildbow's responses to readers about it in forums) was unclear enough that it was a major point of debate in the fandom for years whether Amy's actions qualified as "rape". example discussion here. When the sequel Ward was released, in-story narration and Wildbow's WoA comments made clear that he intended the scene to be rape.
