The fall 1968 issue contains a letter from the president about her visit to Baycon (Berkeley, Aug 30-Sept 2, 1968) and to F-Con (Los Angeles, over the 4th of July weekend, 1968); in the letter she talks of meeting the stars, buying Spock's ears, posing with official set items, and setting up the LANNF booth
