Alexa Heart is a cosplayer originally from Kentucky, now living in St. Louis, Missouri. She began cosplaying in 2012[3], using automotive industry skills.[1] While "Alexa" was originally just a cosplay persona, in 2014 she came out as a trans woman to her family and friends[4], and in 2015 she came out publicly.[3] She also has a business selling fandom-inspired glassware, Everyday Geek.
Alexa was featured in Cosplay Culture magazine in 2017, and has been called "The Ambassador Of the LGBT Cosplay Community".[5]
