Jess Fritch was the club president, Marie Day was a staff member.
There were at least two issues.

Again: Naked Time v.1 n.1 was published in Apr/May/June 1987.
It has a cover by Pat Horowitz. From the second issue:
The drawing on the cover of the first newsletter was drawn by Pat Horowitz. While George was on Trekruise East, Mary Ganett showed him it and his response was that it was the most attractive and most flattering portrait he had ever seen of himself.
