The Editorial
From the Whacked out Author:
This novel has been a long time dream of mine, and I appreciate you allowing me to share it with you.
A lot of people have asked me how I was going to combine the two different concepts into one. At first I tried to tell them, but the story, as you will see, is so involved that explaining it became a major chore. Suffice it to say that I have tried to do justice to both shows and present the characters and situations with respect for their dignity.
I am and will always be a devout fan of both shows. I've tried to be as accurate as possible to the technical aspect of Star Trek The Next Generation. If I have failed it is not for want of trying and I would appreciate any input from you fans if I have made an error.
I hope you enjoy the pages that follow and remember that the true beauty in a person is always beneath the surface.
