A Question of Love is a K/S story by Chris Hoch.
It was published in the print zine As I Do Thee #21.
Summary
"Spock's decision to return to Vulcan after the 5-year mission wasn't accepted with much grace on Kirk's part. But now that Spock is back on board the USS ENTERPRISE, the old friends find themselves facing some truths that had been far too unacceptable to admit at the time of their parting."
Reactions and Reviews
1994
It's really amazing how I never seem to tire of reading Kirk and Spock simply declare their love for each other. Sometimes, it's so emotionally satisfying that even a sex scene isn't needed (well, almost). But here. Admiral Kirk is faced with Spock's leaving to return to Vulcan. Spock then returns and they find their love. Nicely done with a simplicity that is ultimately refreshing. [1]
