A Citizen of the Empire is a gen Star Trek: TOS Klingon 60-page novel by D.R. "Cat" Ramos. At least one edition was handwritten, and one 1997 was typewritten.
The zine includes the novella, a star chart & several drawings, bibliography, the short story supplement to Citizen of the Empire entitled “Korrgh’s Agenda”, plus 9-page glossary & appendix (Klingon words and phrases, with pronunciations, plus other notes on Klingon language).
