Reactions and Reviews

2007

This is one of those stories I somehow didn't know about until this year's LMFA awards, but which blew me away when I did. After the dissertation, after leaving Cascade, Blair thumbs through an album with 65 photographs, which fans will recognize as the number of episodes the show ran. As he turns each page, the memories that well up ring absolutely true, while never falling into fannish cliches.[2]

2013

I love this story. The first time I read it I had only watched a few episodes so I didn't get all the references/photographs but that didn't get in the way of my enjoyment of the story. (The fact there were 65 episodes kind of flew over my head at first, too -duh!) This is a very moving, sweet story which says so much about the guys' relationship and I love the ending with the photo of the two of them - so neatly done. [3]

2016

I think this was one of the first stories of yours that i ever read, way back when fanfiction was new to me. I am glad to see that it holds up beautifully even though I have literally read hundreds, or perhaps even thousands, of Sentinel stories since. Very well written, and heart tugging without being syrupy. I personally think Jim should have had to work a lot harder to get Blair back, but that is only because of my own vengeful nature, not a fault in the story! Thank you for writing these~ [4]
