TV Series

12 Monkeys has a small but passionate fan base.

Low season 2 ratings encouraged many fans to speak out about their love for the show in the hopes that it would be renewed. This included Mike Ahr, who wrote an an open letter to Syfy - Save 12 Monkeys. During this period, graffiti resembling the Army of the 12 Monkeys emblem began appearing around Hollywood and Universal City.[1] An online petition to renew 12 Monkeys for a third season drew over 400 signatures.[2]

Syfy did renew 12 Monkeys for a third season, and before the third season aired it was announced that the show would return for a fourth and final season.[3]
