10 Years of Star Trek is a 33-page zine edited by Lawrence Fury. Contributors are members of the fan club Star Trek Again!—Donna Wick, Linda Bortolin, Marlene Romig, Mac Patterson, Brad [Spakowitz?], and Lawrence Fury.

The editor thanks "Ballintine Books for being able to quote in part from The Making of Star Trek and to TV Guide for reprinting in part , quotes and interesting points from the issue of 1973, April from the story on the first Star Trek Convention."

This zine may be part of a series, as the editor writes of being able to "get our third annual zine starting September 27, 1976." Or, he may be referring to a different zine published by Star Trek Again!.
