"Captain Kirk calling all Trekkies" is a two-page 1975 newspaper article in "The Argus Sun." The article is by Dennis Caracciolo and Carolyn Hobbs. The Trek illustrations are by Nancy Bettencourt.
The subject was the Star Trek phenomenon and how its fans "won't let the show die."
The article is a pretty standard fansplain one, made more interesting by frequent quotes by local fans.
