Blair is trapped inside a bank during a robbery gone wrong and subsequent hostage situation. Jim is stuck outside, going nuts, worrying about his partner. It's dramatic and action-packed, with a heroic Blair and one frantic Sentinel desperate to rescue his guide.[1]
This is a tense, dramatic and action-packed read where we get to see a heroic Blair, a frantic sentinel and a psychotic robber. For me, a big part of this storys appeal was the emotional impact the scenario had on our leading characters; their behaviour and reactions felt real and true to them and as such pulled you right into their plight. If you’re into action and angst with a touch of romance then this is a worthwhile read.[2]
