Weir/McKay Fanfiction Archive is an efiction archive for Stargate Atlantis Rodney McKay/Elizabeth Weir fanfiction. The site was moderated by founders Purpleyin and 11nine73: It launched in January 2006 at http://mcweir.com/archive/index.php and remained up until sometime in 2015, when the founder could not maintain it anymore and the site went down. The Weir/McKay Fanfiction Archive included 316 works for 58 creators and had 41540 users. The archive welcomed all types of works pertaining to the Stargate Atlantis' Rodney McKay/Elizabeth Weir ship, with the exclusion of underage and RP fictions.
History
In May 2023, it was announced that The Weir/McKay Fanfiction Archive would be moving to the Archive of Our Own as an Open Doors Project.[1]
The import was completed in September 2023.[2]
